Q : What is the difference between a Redbook CD and Orange Book CD? A : A Redbook CD is any cd that is finalized and can be played in any standard CD player. An Orange book is a CD that can have additional recording added to it and is not suitable as a master. Q : What is the maximum length of a CD? A : Seventy nine minutes and 59 seconds. Q : What is the maximum number of tracks that can be put on a CD? A : The maximum number of tracks is 99. Q : Is there any sound quality loss copying from one cd to another? A : No. Digital copies do not suffer the types of audio loss or degradation that analog recording methods do. Q : Do the package prices listed include graphic design services? A : Packages with artwork do not include graphic design. Supplying your own artwork will help you avoid additional charges. Q : Do you accept credit cards? A : Yes, we accept all major credit cards. Q : Do I have to pay in advance? A : Yes. We require a minimum 50% deposit on all orders. The balance is due upon shipment or pickup. Q : Can I see proofs before you do the work? A : Yes. Proofs are provided before any work is sent to press. Q : What are the shipping costs? A : Shipping costs are quoted based on weight and location. Q : Can I come to your office to see samples of your work? A : Yes. Our office is open 11 AM to 6 PM weekdays. Q : Are you also a recording studio? A : No, but we do have a mastering studio on site.
